My Story
If you’re like me, the world may seem to be in a constant state of flux, requiring individuals and organizations to reskill, be nimble, and become tech-driven. I believe, however, there is one thing that stays the same. That is the importance of relationship building – connections, active listening, trust, and care.
I have always thrived on developing client partnerships and working cross-functionally with teams to deliver and enhance customer solutions. After graduating from Temple University, I joined Tri-State Publishing & Communications, where I managed key accounts and served as a point of contact for existing clients. My dedication to customer success and service continued at Paychex where I oversaw a book of business and prospected new clients.
After leaving Paychex, I joined Independence Brewing Company – an award-winning regional microbrewery – as an Office Manager and Corporate Secretary. It was exciting to partner together to build strategies, expand networks, and outline value propositions as the company earned 11 ADDY awards and gold medals at the Great American Beer Festival and World Beer Cup Championships and ultimately became public on NASDAQ.
My commitment and enjoyment in building long-lasting relationships is reflected in my work both in the office at Concentus and in the efforts I support outside of work.

Began my career at Tri-State Publishing, moved to Paychex and later Independence Brewing Company before taking time off to raise my family.
